4/28    I'm looking to buy an end-grain cutting board. Does anyone have any
        recommendations on things to look for (or look out for)? The one I'm
        considering is this one from Overstock. Is 3.5" too thick? Does
        anyone have a thick chopping block like this? Thanks.
