Republicans, as a group, may be happier because, on average, they
prioritize personal goals and largely identify with people similar
to them. Compared with Democrats and Independents, their main goals
are narrower and more selfish, and thus more easily obtained.
\_ Dems need to get the fuck smarter AND co-opt self-reliance
\_ What are the goals of (D) and (I)? If your goals are pie in the
sky and truly unreachable of course you'll be unhappy. This has
nothing to do with your trolling.
\_ Rich people are happier than poor people. Does this surprise
           anyone?
\_ Actually past a certain poverty level, it's not entirely clear
              this is true. -- ilyas

2/28 Looking for that URL where it accepts an address and publishes
all the criminals and offenders who live in your area. What
is that URL? Google failed me.
\_ keywords: crime data crimes criminal offender molester molesters
        \_ meganslaw megans law http://meganslaw.com
\_ You cannot find all criminals, only sex offenders. Google
           "Megan's Law".
           \_ http://www.familywatchdog.us
Only 30 sex offenders within 5 miles of where I live. You?
\_ More interesting is what percentage of the population
is sex offenders. I live in a city, so I am sure that
                 there are thousands.
\_ No. This is a good example where absolute numerical
number determines how well you child will get exposed
                    to child molesters.
\_ That could only possibly be true if you interacted
with everyone in a certain radius of your home, no
matter how dense the population was. What is the
percentage of your neighbors that are molestors?
                       Afraid to share?
\_ Hey dumb ass. I just checked San Jose, over 800+
sex offenders. San Francisco has over 400 sex
                          offenders. You were saying?
                          \_ Just answer the question.
\_ Just answer the question, if you are smart
enough to do so "dumb ass."
\_ Wow! 1700+ molesters live withing five miles
                             of downtown LA!
\_ Exactly, the city's full of molesters and
that's why suburbs are better for kids.
\_ I just checked, Chico CA has 84 molesters
in a city of 71,000. That is twice as many
                                   per capita than San Francisco!
\_ I live in the suburbs so my interactions are very
limited, and it's easy to memorize 30 faces.
Can you say the same thing about... San Francisco?
\_ It is true that misanthropes tend to interact
with fewer people. Why not move to rural Texas
into a compound and only interact with people
that you know? You do know that children are
more likely to be molested in the suburbs than
                             in the city, right?
\_ I live in Irvine. Check Irvine and click
the red dot right above 405. Even our
sex offenders look professional (in suit)
vs. creepy looking old guys elsewhere.
                                Suburbs rule man.
\_ Damn.... So child molester count has now
become a city vs. suburb troll. How about
we don't *ever* let child molesters in public?
                                The NIMBYism is ridiculous.
\_ I'd like to see a link for that. Anyway, the
VAST majority of child molestation is done by
                                realitives.
                                relatives.
\_ And where do those relatives live?
\_ In the suburbs, obviously. All bad
                                      people ive in suburbs.
\_ Not all bad people, just a
                                         disproportionate number of them.
\_ Hey, are you the same guy that claims the government takes out
a majority of his take home pay? I just wanna know because this
line of confused thinking sounds suspicious to me...
\_ No that is not me but I do agree with most of what dimwit

2/28 I just found out N Korea has been printing superbills in an attempt
to devaluate American dollars. What's scary about this is that
the superbills are indistinguishable from real printed money.
That is so fucked up. Damn you Kim Jong Il!
\_ I doubt he was doing it just to devaluate US dollars. It's not
like he couldn't use the money.
\_ BTW, does counterfeiting one currency have any effect on other
currencies other than the exchange rates against the counterfeited

        7:00am-10:00am bark bark bark
I don't know where it's coming from and it's driving me NUTS.
I can't sleep as the sound goes through my ear plugs.
        What can I do?
\_ Talk to your neighbor about it. Then call animal control if it
           doesn't stop.
\_ Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! The way sound complaints
work in most places, the sound has to be persistent (as measured
on the cop's watch according to local statutes) and before or
after certain hours. So 10am barking? SOL. 6am barking will
get your neighbor talked to and eventually fined if you live in
a civil area. Anyway, a dog barking that much is probably not
being taken care of so a call to animal control might save the
dog from bad owners. There are few bad dogs, there are lots of
              bad owners.
\_ On my street now and then some kid goes up and down on some
mini-motorcycle that is insanely loud. It's in the daytime
but it's still really too loud. Can I call the cops on him?
\_ Seem to remember there was a law passed in CA requiring
a drivers licence for those things. It may have gone
into effect by now. Call the cops and ask.
\_ Yes and I did a few years ago when the kids in my area
bought one and took turns going up and down my street
(not, BTW, their own street!). The police said that
most of those things are not street legal and they
would cite them if it wasn't. I never hear the kids
                    anymore.
\_ figure out what keeps it quiet from 6 to 7 am
           \_ Bitches?
        \_ poison it.
\_ That can get you in jail.
\_ A sense of humor can do that in some countries too.
\_ Killing someone's dog can get you in jail right here.
