-324985.55 I propose that all MOTD postings now use stardates
instead of the old Gergorian calendar dates.
\_ I propose we date them with the exact time from the
time(2) system call, i.e. seconds since 'the epoch' of
               0:00:00 1/1/70.

12.28 Let me ask this before someone restores the motd:
where's a good, but inexpensive place to buy a sportcoat
around here? (No i dont' feel like going to nordstroms =P)
\_ Motd restored. It didn't take rocket science to merge the two.
\_ Men's Wearhouse in Emeryville by Tower Records and Trader Joe's.
\_ Men's Wearhouse on 19th st. in Oakland is lots easier to get
to if you're not driving. (Near BART and many buses.)
\_ Burlington Coat Factory usually has pretty awesome deals. -John

12/27 Peace in our time. This motd nuked to keep sanity alive.
\_ Did you post this from the future?

12.28 In Pine how do we edit the From: so it doesn't display your name?
        \_ sendmail -t

p)þW I propose that all motd postings be now prefixed
with a random string of 40 bits.
