Communications Corp. is considering selling some or all of the
company, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
Netscape was in discussions with America Online Inc., Sun Microsystems
Inc., Oracle Corp. and IBM Corp. about strategic investments or an
outright purchase, the newspaper said, citing unnamed sources familiar
with the situation of the Internet software company.
