3/5 If the disks continue to be this full, I'm going to declare /usr10
"tested" and start moving large accounts there. If you would like
to move to /usr10 voluntarily to free up disk elsewhere, mail root.
(/usr10 has much room, but has been known to crash) |

3/6 5 of the 8 Round 2 Bids for the CSUA Racquetball Tournament have already
been clinched. Who will get the last 3? Those groups who have not yet
completed round 1 play should do so ASAP!
As always, score and schedule info can be found at:
http://ocf.berkeley.edu/~ron/racquet.html
\_ Why not www.csua?
\_ because he's a theodorian style lamer
\_ There's a link from http://www.csua.berkeley.edu/~ron
The reason the main files are on OCF rather CSUA is
rather complicated. |

\_ Linux sucks!
\_ Yeah, just say no to hacked up inferior unix clones like Linux.
\_ BSD has been ported to just about everything you can name.
What has the hack called Linux been ported to?
You know why? Because the code sucks.
Read the kernel source before you comment.
\_use *bsd dude, go bears
\_ BSD has been "ported" perhaps; have you ever tried to
actually *run* it? Gee hope you don't have any non-
standard hardware...
\_ but we all know its the code that counts. who needs
hardware
\_ BSD programmer can write drivers if they need them.
Not to mention, Linux drivers are hacks that
often are busted. That's why so many
people move to FreeBSD and NetBSD. The
systems are much more robustly written.
