6/10   Does anyone know how to input and output 8-bit chars?
        I can get to output 8-bit chars but not input.  I tried "stty pass8"

        \_  Make sure you're telnetting from annex, clear out all the goofy
            flow control, set it for 8 bits ( I think it defaults to that,
            actually, except for the flow control).  -ERic

6/10    Anyone running MacX to connect to soda?  I can establish a PPP link,
        but MacX does not want to run.  It works on cory, so perhaps this

           ... Well, I startup and it says "could not create remote command,
        the connection came up halfway and failed".  The docs say this might
        happen with Ultrix 4.0 due to a problem with the rexecd daemon.
        The problem is fixed in Ultrix 4.1, but this isn't Ultrix.

        \_ how bout charging people $2 per year for every megabyte they
           use over say...5.  So the average hozer using 8 megs year in year
           out will be charged $6 a year for his/her using resources above
           and beyond average.
