To summarize the facts presented in the Tyler case, the plaintiff
asserted that she was a cyborg and received her information through
"proteus." Among other things, the plaintiff alleged that former
President Jimmy Carter wasthe secret head of the Ku Klux Klan, and
that he, Bill Clinton and Ross Perot are responsible for the murder of
at least ten million black women in concentration camps.
