stuff have to be in the motd every other day!!! Sheesh, can't
you guys co-exist maturely and use only what you really need?
Just ftp it LATER, when you are ready to d/l it, and use /tmp!) |

4/6 Let's see...those of us who DON'T spend thousands of hours
around 238 Evans were wondering if there are any terminals wired
directly into this soda thing...especially X stations. Heh heh,
those are cool. A simple (HONEST) yes or no will suffice.
\_ There are two Xterms in the office which can be a term to soda. - M
\_ There are NO Xterminals wired directly to soda. There are the
CSUA office machines, however, which can function as X
terminals to soda. They're just one router-hop away, though.
-ERic
\_ There are, five color X terminals, but you're too much of
a loser to use them.
\_ So I don't get to know where they are? How thoughtful
of you.
\_ Five color Xterms for Soda? HAH! I'll tell you what they
are: Tsunami, Cyclone, Bigbang, Headcrash, Monsoon -- Marco
\_^flood^cyclone, no? (Whoops, yes - M) |

4/6 xv.300 installed as /usr/local/bin/xv3 -- bugs to chiapet
\_ why not just get rid of the old version and call the new
one xv? I'm too lazy to alias!
\_ no can do.
\_ Why?
\_ Sticky bit on /uysr/X11/bin. I went and installed
xv3 as /usr/X11/bin/xv. -ERic |

campus, mail rshiflet@uclink2.berkeley.edu and ask him about it.
(The biking ban between 7:30a and 5:30p is still in effect AND they
